Every Lemonty Clay piece is handmade in Melbourne, Victoria, and posted with Australia Post.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Australia
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 AUD (usually 2–8 business days after dispatch)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $60 AUD or more
International
- International Standard: $25.00 AUD (usually 7–20 business days after dispatch)
- Free international shipping on orders of $150 AUD or more
- Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is posted.
Sending a gift?
You can ship straight to the lucky recipient – just enter their address at checkout and add your gift message in the cart note.
Lost or damaged parcels
Clay pieces are carefully wrapped, but if anything arrives damaged or goes missing, please email lemonty.clay@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (with a photo for damaged items) and we will make it right.
