Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Lemonty Clay piece. Because every item is handmade in small batches, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
How to request an exchange
- Email us at lemonty.clay@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
- We will reply with our return address in Victoria.
- Send the item back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
- Once it arrives, we will send your exchange item, or store credit if the item you want is sold out.
Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including postage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
