Are your products handmade?

Yes – every keychain, charm and trinket dish is sculpted by hand from polymer clay, painted, and finished with a protective resin coat in Melbourne, Victoria.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! Enter the recipient's address at checkout and write your gift message in the cart note – we will include it with the order.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within Australia is $6, and free on orders of $60 or more. International shipping is $25 (free over $150). See our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Australian delivery usually takes 2–8 business days after that.

Can I choose between a keychain, necklace or magnet?

Some charms come in more than one style. If a product offers options, choose your favourite from the Design menu on the product page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.

How do I care for my clay pieces?

Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from water, heat and sharp knocks. Trinket dishes are decorative and not for food.
